Maybe people are not using Blu-ray because it has a substandard catologue of titles available and costs more than DVD.
The content in todays Xbox Live update is already better than the last month of the PSN store.
I wonder what lasts longer. The battery or the game.
I look forward to kicking Blademask, tidus007 and mighty_douche in the head with these.
Including me. Your ignored by 36 and counting.
Java is rubbish, which is why only Blu-ray owners use it.
There were 101 ways to get around region codes for DVD. Also, those responsible for the creation of DVD did not hate Europe like Sony does.
Sony are working on DRM to scan the HDD on your PS3 and upload the data to Sony. So if you have a few episodes of Seinfeld or some Britney Spears music on your HDD, you are seriously screwed. Soon the MPAA and RIAA Sony divisions will come knocking on your door.
HD-DVD had "mind-blowing" experiences when it launched in 2006.
1. Sony DRM
2. Region codes
Those 2 reasons are why Blu-ray will never replace/surpass DVD.
I can't take you seriously after you mentioned BC as a focus for Sony.
PSN will never be able to compete with Live. As live does not penalise you for being European.
Not everybody gets free HDMI cables and already has a DUALSHOCK 2
You have to replace the obsolete SIXAXIS and buy an HDMI cable for 1080p.
Sounds like a hidden cost to me.
Naricko looks like Rocky Dennis!
I wish people would stop posting that DVD's look terrible on their 100" and bigger HDTV's.
